There are seasons in life when the weight we carry becomes too heavy to ignore—when stress lingers in the body, joy feels out of reach, and even the simplest moments feel overwhelming. I’ve been there. My own journey through trauma, complex family dynamics, and the quiet struggles of mental health has shaped not only who I am, but how I hold space for others. I don’t offer quick fixes—I offer presence, understanding, and a safe space as you find your way back to yourself.
I offer trauma-informed coaching and somatic support for women who find themselves holding everything together on the outside while quietly unraveling inside and feeling the physical and emotional impacts of chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and burnout. I’m a certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) provider, trained in somatic EMDR, and a certified holistic health and wellness life coach. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of polyvagal theory and the ways our nervous systems carry the imprint of both stress and resilience.
This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about creating space to feel, to release, to remember what safety feels like in your own body. I guide clients through gentle, body-based practices that support regulation, clarity, and connection—so you can move through life with more steadiness, more breath, and more presence.
