Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a non-invasive listening therapy designed to help regulate the nervous system by stimulating the vagus nerve with specially filtered music. It’s been shown to reduce symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, and more. As a certified SSP provider, I’ll guide you through this gentle approach at a pace that supports your unique needs.

Polyvagal Yoga uses breath and movement practices grounded in polyvagal theory to activate the calming branch of your nervous system and build long-term resilience.

Soma Sessions offer a deeply nurturing experience that supports grounding, tension release, and emotional clarity. This restful, body-centered service is designed to help you feel restored and reconnected.
